{"id":908,"date":"2013-03-11T15:40:41","date_gmt":"2013-03-11T15:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tucan.travel\/blog\/?p=908"},"modified":"2020-01-21T13:04:22","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T13:04:22","slug":"laughing-yoga-in-hanoi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tucan.travel\/blog\/2013\/03\/laughing-yoga-in-hanoi\/","title":{"rendered":"Laughing Yoga in Hanoi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you are an early riser and wish to take part in one of the most unusual group activities I have ever seen in my life then I strongly recommend going to Hoan Kiem Lake around 6:30am. \u00a0If you go to the square by the lake you can join in with the locals doing their early morning Thi Chi, aerobics, line dancing, ballroom dancing or&#8230; my favourite\u2026 \u2018Laughing Yoga\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/V4S5rIFBDMw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Every morning, under the large statue of Le Thi To, there is a man who stands with about thirty or so followers laughing and pulling faces at each other.
